  • Benefit Statement: Converts product features into clear user benefits.
  • NSM Validator: Validates or suggests the best North Star Metric for your product.
  • ICE Moonshots: Generates moonshot growth experiments with high Impact.
  • Growth Sprint Retrospective: Creates a structured retrospective for your weekly growth sprint.
  • Past Brand Conflict Scan: Identifies if an influencer has worked with your competitors recently.

These are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional business, financial, legal, or marketing advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the information provided by the App. We recommend consulting with qualified professionals for specific advice tailored to your business.

3. Permitted Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal and internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
  • Use the App to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or the data contained therein.

4. User Content Rules

When you use the App, you may input information about your business, competitors, or other relevant data ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content.

  • Accuracy: You represent and warrant that your User Content is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
  • Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.
  • License to Us: By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the App's services to you. This includes using your data to train and improve our AI models, but always in an anonymized and aggregated way that does not identify you or your specific business.
  • No Sensitive Information: Please do not input highly sensitive personal or confidential information into the App that you are not comfortable sharing for the purposes described above.
  • No Infringement: You agree that your User Content will not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.

We do not pre-screen User Content, but we reserve the right to remove or refuse to publish any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable in our sole discretion.

5. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App.

6. No Payments or Refunds (Free App)

The AI Management Consultant for Small Businesses App is currently offered free of charge. There are no subscription fees, in-app purchases, or other costs associated with using the App. Therefore, there are no payments or refunds to process.

Should we decide to introduce paid features or a subscription model in the future, we will update these Terms of Use and provide clear information regarding pricing, payment methods, and refund policies at that time.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.
